ORDER INFORMATION

Sweet Enchantment items are baked and prepared to order. The information below outlines ordering expectations, order accuracy, and how verified issues are handled.

Order Accuracy

We prepare each order based on the item(s) selected in your online order and any written customization submitted at checkout (when applicable). Customers are responsible for reviewing their order details before submitting payment, including date/time and product selections.

Refunds

Because our products are food items that are prepared to order, all sales are final once an order has been released to the customer. Sweet Enchantment does not issue refunds based on preference, change of mind, or circumstances unrelated to an error by Sweet Enchantment.

Refunds may be issued at Sweet Enchantment’s discretion only when a verified error occurs. Any refund issued applies to the affected item only and does not include delivery, service, or processing fees.

Incorrect Item Provided

If Sweet Enchantment provides an incorrect item:

  • If the item is accepted and consumed, the resolution will be a refund for the affected item only. Replacements are not provided in this situation.

  • If the incorrect item is identified immediately and returned unused, Sweet Enchantment will review the situation and determine the resolution, which may include a refund (at our discretion).

Sweet Enchantment does not provide both a refund and an additional item for the same order.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Custom cakes and made-to-order items are final sale. Custom work includes (but is not limited to) special flavors, fillings, inscriptions, decorative requests, and sizing changes.

Please note: handmade products may have natural variation in appearance. Color tones, piping styles, and decorative details may vary slightly while still meeting the order request. Written instructions submitted at checkout are the basis for fulfillment.

Pickup, Delivery & Storage Responsibility

Pickup time and location are selected during checkout (or confirmed with Sweet Enchantment if arranged separately). Once an order is released at pickup or delivery, the customer assumes responsibility for transporting the product safely and ensuring proper storage. Sweet Enchantment is not responsible for product condition after release, including damage or quality changes caused by heat, delays, or improper storage.

Issue Reporting

Any concerns regarding order accuracy must be reported within 24 hours of pickup or delivery.

To report an issue, customers must provide:

  • Order number and name on the order

  • A brief description of the concern

  • Clear photos (if relevant)

Concerns reported outside the 24-hour window may not be eligible for review.
